ABOUT US

Market-respected technology sold with label

The Holzmag recycling technology is well known in the market and with the focus on "shredding" was sold in 2011 together with the label to an industrial group.

Licences of this leading technology have been awarded in the past to technology companies such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries, etc. With the acquisition of other leading machine manufacturers, the new group has decided to pursue market leadership in industrial recycling. Synergies of the individual product lines, - given appropriate cooperation, - would indeed have made this possible. Unfortunately this configuration has not evolved as we anticipated.

In-house recycling or production waste preparation

In-house recycling or production waste preparation is and has been our core competency. Unfortunately, this was not followed up by the industrial group, and so we have fallen away from the current market situation in terms of material developments.

The option of also taking over the compaction, drying and dosing technology from Holzmag was not exercised. BP Recyclingsystems was founded for this area and took over the briquetting presses, pelletising presses, drying facilities as well as storage and dosing systems from the former Holzmag program as its main focus.

The area of "production waste preparation" with the single-shaft crushing and capacities of up to 1 to/h was unfortunately not taken further by the group. Based on the KNOW HOW of the sold crushing technology, a high-performance crusher has been developed for this target group with new tool types and variable drives from BP Recyclingtechnik.

New developments

To provide our customers with the best possible recycling technology for difficult materials - to bring them directly or as a semi-finished product back into the manufacturing process, we have proven ourselves with new solutions in the past and today. This means, for instance, bale preparation of microfibers with subsequent pelletisation or carbon fibre preparation with pelletisation which preserves fibre structure.

The compaction technology with briquetting and pelletising presses is another main focus of the program line. The briquetting machines are modular and can be assembled into units. The flexible use of this press for wood, paper, metal or dust has been extended by an agglomeration device for plastics and bioplastics.

A briquetting device for special items, a bagging system and various silo devices round off the most flexible press program in the market.

Another new development is our Hydropellet flat matrix press for fully automatic pelletising of production waste of all kinds.

Patent application

The patent applications for the high-performance pelletizing Multiroll - with several matrixes in a machine rack are –proof of our innovative capacity.
